As an Asst. Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of their lifestyle restaurants. You will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. You will work closely with the Floor Manager to lead a team of front-of-house staff and ensure that all customers have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities- Assist the Floor Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Provide leadership and supervision to front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Monitor the quality of food and service, taking necessary action to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for front-of-house staff.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of daily reports, including sales, labor, and inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry in Dubai or UAE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
