What you’ll be doing
Grow Factory is an innovative startup helping SMEs transform the way they work through AI-powered automation. This fully remote role combines software engineering with AI, automation, cloud technologies, and client collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.

- Design, build, and deploy AI agent solutions and AI-powered applications using large language models.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions, vector database integrations, prompt strategies, and secure AI execution environments.
- Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, databases, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
- Create responsive frontend applications, dashboards, and data visualisations using modern web technologies.
- Deploy and maintain applications across cloud platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate workflow automation platforms and collaborate with clients to gather requirements, explain technical concepts, and troubleshoot production issues.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Python, FastAPI, JavaScript, React, and Next.js development skills.
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, NLP, and at least one of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, GraphQL, authentication, authorization, backend security, and scalable application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Civo, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD; Terraform is preferred.
- Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or Workato.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, UI/UX principles, dashboards, and data visualisation.
- Testing experience with Jest, Mocha, Cypress, unit, integration, and performance testing.
