Job Description


The Project Deployment Associate will be employed on a contractual basis for a duration of 6 months.

Main accountabilities

  • Support the implementation of a new digital loyalty solution for Vivo Energy Mauritius limited.
  • Drive the acquisition of new loyalty partners working closely with the loyalty and marketing teams.
  • Provide onsite training and support to service station personnel during the loyalty solution migration.
  • Support loyalty member data analytics initiatives by working closely with the local project team.


Main responsibilities

  • Support and execute the testing delivery of the new digital loyalty solution. This will include, participate to test planning, building and executing test cases to fully understand the scope of the solution.
  • Support the acquisition of loyalty commercial partners through visits and contract negotiation. The candidate will need to recruit accrual, redemption and discount partners.
  • Integrate new loyalty partners in time for the migration launch.
  • Support the delivery of a migration plan working alongside with the project team to ensure all existing loyalty members are migrated successfully and seamlessly to the new platform.
  • Help delivering training to onsite Quality Marshalls, pump attendants and retailers as part of the member’s education to the new loyalty solution. Coverage of 50 service stations across the island
  • Create informative training materials for employees and stakeholders
  • Help delivering onsite activation for loyalty members switching to the new solution.
  • Support the project team in ensuring all enquiries, process issues are timely resolved during the critical implementation phase.
  • Help tracking loyalty members’ activation/ reactivation during the first 3 months of the new solution implementation.
  • Support the project team to simplify the onboarding process
  • Gather feedback from pump attendants and members and report to the project team on a weekly basis

Requirements

Main competencies

  • Project management experience in a loyalty or marketing environment.
  • Require Sales and negotiation skills experience would be an advantage
  • Ability to drive results and deliver projects in a tight timeline.
  • Excellent data analytics skills
  • Creative PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to focus on customer and deliver quality service to a wide range of customer segments.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and resilience and ability to work independently with little supervision.

Other requirements

  • The candidate will need to have his own transport /be an experienced driver.
  • The candidate should be fluent in both English and French
  • Availability within short notice.
