Job Description
Job Purpose
The job incumbent will have to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in partnership with our service technicians in the delivery of a premium after sales service to our customers.
Main Responsibilities
- To coordinate the repairs or exchange of equipment with technicians
- To communicate and effectively assist customers with enquiries on the phone and update them on the progress of their repairs
- To provide price quotations and secure approval for repairs
- To handle outdoor customer requests and schedule intervention for our technicians
- To ensure that technicians receive all necessary information and documentation to carry out their interventions
- To check all warranty documents
- To ensure proper filing and prompt availability of information
Requirements
- Passionate about delivering top class customer service
- HSC
- Practical experience in a front line customer service role handling
- Should possess strong communication, listening and relationship building and problem solving skills
- Should be capable of working in stressful situations and in a team to ensure that work is completed efficiently
- IT literate and proficient with MS Office applications
