Vivo Energy Mauritius Ltd is looking for a Stock Control Assistant to support the team in ensuring that stock management procedures are in place to safeguard company’s stock against avoidable losses. The selected candidate will be based in Vivo Energy Mauritius Ltd office, Cemetery Road, Roche Bois.
Principal accountabilities:
- Perform bulk petroleum daily reconciliation for depot within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Perform bulk petroleum reconciliation for Joint ventures and third parties.
- Keep daily manual bookkeeping of all products
- Calculate receipt of bulk petroleum product received via Tankers / transfers etc
- Reconcile bulk petroleum product movement inter or intra depot transfers
- Calculate LPG bulk transfers from joint ventures movement (under our operational control)
- Update book stocks for LPG fittings and Lubricants
- Participate in monthly stock closure
- Verify amp; confirm all bunker sheets
- Submit loss amp; gain statements with appropriate comments for approval each month
- Calculate throughput fees and balance claim with finance
- Manage key stakeholders
- Set up supply plans as and when required
- Perform investigation of all discrepancies
Requirements

- Results oriented and self-motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work odd hours.
Qualifications amp; Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Management, Finance, Accounting or any other relevant fields of study.
- Experience in stock management
- Experience in controls, compliance audit and supervision
- SAP system experience is an advantage.
