Online Sales Representative

Job Purpose

The job incumbent will be responsible for supporting the online product and sales strategies for retail web site and actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of online store
• Daily processing of online orders

o Call all customers to confirm all orders placed on the eve
o Prepare daily delivery list and liaise with logistics team to meet customer delivery requirements

• Provide impeccable aftersales service to all customers
• Attend to all customer queries received through Live Chat, by mail or by phone for additional product information, request for quotations, stock availability, complaints amongst others
• Review and monitor online merchandise to ensure site merchandising is appropriate for the channel and brand
• Troubleshoot product feeds to ensure products are published accurately and successfully
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints through proper channeling to maximize satisfaction
• Strive to achieve and exceed monthly sales target within schedule
• Prepare weekly reconciliation of online and COD payments for online sales
• Identify areas for process and storefront improvements and provide recommendations on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and promotional trends
• Coordinate promotions and campaigns with internal and external teams
• Assist the Marketing team as and when required
• Any other duties related to this position

Requirements

• Degree in Sales and Marketing
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Strong communication skills with a curious, analytical mindset and aptitude for problem solving
• Self-motivated with a sense of ownership, a willingness to learn, and a strong desire to succeed
• Meticulous and detail oriented
• Able to work odd hours
