Job Description

Job Function

The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of consumer electronic products or spare parts

Main Responsibilities Retail amp; Service Centre

  • Maintain security and control of storeroom and storage areas
  • Receive and inspect all items and reconcile against the purchase or transfer orders
  • Perform cycle counts and generate variance reports
  • Prepare goods and relative documents for delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness of store and delivery bays
  • Additional responsibilities for Service Centre
      • Assist customers and employees for any spare parts requests/queries
      • Process and follow-up to Customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedback

Main Responsibilities Warehouse

  • To ensure and monitor the preparation of goods for our different customers within acceptable time frame
  • To receipt and verify all incoming local and foreign purchases according to established procedures and promptly communicate any issue to the Team Leader Warehouse
  • To ensure that all outgoing stock items tally with relative customer orders, in terms of description, quantity and quality
  • To be responsible for the optimization of space within the warehouse to accommodate incoming products
  • To ensure that Goods Received Notes (GRN) are raised for all incoming foreign purchases
  • To ensure that warranty cards are inserted inside each product during the internal transfers or delivery to customers
  • To ensure that loan amp; bumped items are segregated, properly tagged and closely monitored
  • To carry out cycle counts as per set schedule
  • To ensure good housekeeping of the warehouse


  • HSC
  • A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in the field
  • Service-oriented attitude
  • Good product knowledge
  • Ability to follow through on issues in a timely manner
  • Be fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
  • IT literate amp; good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Able to work odd hours and under pressure
  • Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
