The job incumbent will be responsible for (i) managing and coordinating all activities within our After Sales Service Centre delivering positive operational performance results, leading and coordinating the different operational teams, thus driving efficiency, productivity and maximizing revenue (ii) responsible for the development and implementation of different business avenues within the Service Centre. The role also has direct responsibility for customer service delivery and the facilitation of core operations activities in the Service Centre

Stock Management: Ensures that all stock management processesare adhered to
Complaints Management: Ensure that complaints are promptly handled to ensure customer’s understanding and/or satisfaction
Development : be responsible for the development of different business avenues within the Service Centre (i) to bring about more revenue and (ii) to be environmentally sustainable.
