Trainee Sales Representatives/ Advisors

The job incumbent will have to maintain and develop sales of the different brands of Mobile Phones, Tablets, Phone Accessories and Home Appliances (Washing Machines, Refrigerators, Microwaves, etc.) within a specific showroom.

Main Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and provide excellent customer service to customers
• Provide accurate information pertaining to products features, pricing and after sales services.
• Inform customers about special offers
• Carry out and close the sale.
• Demonstrate the functioning and operations of products.
• Follow up on delivery of products as per delivery schedule.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements

• Minimum HSC
• Minimal experience in a similar position is a definite advantage
• Service-oriented attitude
• Good product knowledge
• Excellent communication skills (English and French) and capable of building trusting relationships
• IT literate amp; good knowledge of MS Office
• Team-player
• Able to work odd hours or on shifts and under pressure
