To regularly measure and track the effectiveness of all sales activities by measuring customers’ profitability and ensuring that products are correctly priced in the ERP. To propose updated and alternative strategies to optimize Vivo Energy’s performance and assist the business to respond to tenders and gather market intelligence. To assist the businesses in developing and updating their annual business plan, quarterly forecasts, and weekly performance reviews in the company’s ERP. To ensure that an effective Integrated Business Planning process is implemented in the organization to meet customers’ demand and maximize the value chain. To ensure that the Capital Expenditure budget is promptly spent on profitable projects and is regularly monitored and tracked. To act as a main link between the sales team and finance function.
