The Fleet Card Sales Account Manager is expected to deliver cards sales target and ensure that operations excellence is delivered to the existing customers.
Position Accountabilities
- Acquire new Shell cards customers through meaningful growth strategy using adequate selling and negotiation techniques.
- Understand and promote Shell cards product and services based on existing CVP.
- Manage Shell cards customer relationship and ensure retention measures are in a place.
- Manage Shell cards operations with support from back office and ensure adherence to current SLA.
- Coordinate all aspects of Shell cards accounts re-structure requests.
- Manage Dealers regarding Shell cards credit notes issues.
- Manage debtors and overdue clearance for Vivo Shell cards customers.
- Manage staff relationship with card provider and ensure operations adherence to SLA.
- Manage all aspects of payment/ loyalty terminals performance and processes working closely with retailers and territorial managers.
- Provide Shell cards statistical data on volume trend.
- Achieve acquisition targets while maintaining customer retention.
- Manage change in the fast-growing retail environment.
Requirements
Qualifications, Job Knowledge, Skills amp; Experience
- A degree holder in Sales / Project Management / Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
- Experience in Marketing is an advantage.
- Shall be self-driven and be able to work in teams.
- Work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates organizational skills and a team player.
- Customer Focus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Some understanding of IT programming
